Workshop Signup Sheets –Workshop Sign Up sheets are available at the February meeting! There will be two workshops with Kyle Kunnecke on Wednesday, February 5th, two workshops with our Guild Member Irina Anikeeva on Wednesday, March 4th,, and four workshops with guest Olga Buraya-Kefelian on Wednesday and Thursday, April 8 and 9. Visit the Programs table at the meeting to find out more about the workshops and sign up for one that catches your fancy. Each workshop is only $30.00.

Stash sale donations are now being accepted. A donation bin just inside the gate will be available – please use it! No need to bring donations into the meeting room.

Sign up sheets for two Members Teaching Members classes will be available at the February Guild meeting – Karen Buchinski’s class – details here and Sheila Kirschenbaum’s Gradient class – details here. Volunteers are needed! The Guild Librarians and Stash Sale Book Coordinator positions are still open. Also, the Guild is looking for a new News Coordinator/Editor – please contact Kerry Nare at Webmaster@SanDiegoKnitters.com for details. Assistance also needed throughout the year for various events and activities, some as simple as handling the signup sheets at the back of the room and assisting the Holiday Luncheon Committee. The San Diego North Coast Knitters Guild runs on volunteers – without membership participation our wonderful Guild cannot survive.
Membership Renewal for 2020 – check here for the latest. A revised form is available – please use the new year form. The 2020 renewal form has a new check box asking members to indicate their willingness to volunteer their time. Reminder – Guild By-Laws allow visitors to Guild meetings, however, “Prospective members may attend two monthly meetings or two sub group meetings as a guest before being required to pay dues.”

Quilting Enthusiasts – Frequently we receive invites or tickets to quilting events throughout the SoCal region. That is because our Guild is a member of the Southern California Council of Quilt Guilds through which our insurance is obtained. To learn about these quilting events, visit our Ravelry group and check out the thread called “Quilting Enthusiasts”.
The San Diego County Fair will be open June 5 through July 5 (closed on Mondays). Information is now available on the fair’s website.
