Yes!  Prospective members may attend a total of two monthly meetings or sub-group meetings as a guest before being required to pay dues.

Crocheters and fiber enthusiasts are welcome to join our Guild.

A typical meeting follows a structured but engaging format. The first hour features a guest speaker, who presents on a relevant topic and may take questions from attendees. This is followed by a general meeting, where key updates and information from the board are reviewed and discussed. The meeting concludes with a show and share session, giving members the opportunity to share updates, experiences, or items of interest in a more informal and interactive setting.

Members may attend all monthly meetings. Non-members are welcome to attend up to two meetings prior to joining the guild.

  • An invited presenter, who leads the main program or presentation

  • Sign-up opportunities for upcoming workshops
  • Library services, including picking up and returning books

  • Philanthropy table, for dropping off donations or asking questions

  • Knit during the meeting, so members are encouraged to bring their projects

  • Show off your newly finished items during Show & Share.
  • A General Meeting of the Guild members is held at each scheduled meeting.

To ensure our meetings are enjoyable and respectful for everyone, please observe the following etiquette guidelines:

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to select your seat and take care of any business before the meeting begins
  • Turn off or silence cell phones during the presentation
  • Dress to impress with your handknits — we love seeing your work!
  • Refrain from talking with friends during presentations so everyone can hear and enjoy the speaker
  • Workshop registration, library sign-outs, and membership tables are available before and after the meeting only
  • Please do not conduct these activities during the presentation, as this can be disruptive to presenters and attendees
