Nancy Bates Visits the Guild in Person
Nancy will present “Knitting California and the National Parks.”

Meet Nancy Bates, author of Knitting the National Parks and Knitting California. Find out where her design journey started and how it went from publishing her first pattern to publishing a book in just 5 years. During her presentation, she will share where the inspirations, colors and ideas come from, as well as what’s next in her designing adventures.
Learn about Nancy and her planned workshops here. “But I don’t make hats!” we hear you say. Read Tania Marshall’s post on why everyone should consider signing up for one of Nancy’s workshops.
Guild Business Meeting: After Nancy’s presentation, there will be a brief Guild business meeting.
Show and Share: Bring your finished items and show them off to your knitting friends! A completed Show and Share form is required for each item you share (limited to three, please) to be dropped off at the table when you enter the conference room before the meeting. You may download, print and complete the Show and Share form in advance to bring with you.
Note: Doors open at 12:00. The presentation will start promptly at 12:30, with the entire program ending at 2:30.
