Members Teaching Members – Sheila Kirschenbaum

February 15, 2020

Gradient Fade Shrug taught by Sheila Kirschenbaum  – Postponed

Sheila Kirschenbaum
Gradient Detail – back

Learn to knit fading color gradients – a technique which will be used to create a beautiful, top-to-bottom reversible shrug or vest, in a size that fits.

You may have noticed Sheila showing off her shrug in a new colorway (corals and browns) at the February 2020 Guild meeting, The purple photos are from the 2018 Holiday Luncheon Fashion show where she originally modeled it. It generated lots of interest in the pattern and the technique, and she taught a class last year (2019.) Based on last year’s demand, she is offering the class again, and now there are two sizes available!

So what will you learn? How to knit fading color gradients – techniques which will be used to create a beautiful, top-to-bottom reversible shrug or vest, in a size of your choice!

You will not go home with a shrug, but you’ll have the knowledge to start knitting one that fits in a faded gradient of your choice.

Click here for further details, including time, location, and contact information. A sign up sheet will be available at the March Guild meeting, or contact Sheila directly!
