I-5 Alert!
Traveling to Guild meetings and workshops via I-5? Please be aware the I-5 speed limit is now 55 MPH beginning at Manchester and ending at Palomar Airport Road. This reduced speed limit began March 11, 2019 and will end in 2022 when the freeway expansion project is completed. This section of I-5 is designated as a construction zone and traffic fines in this area will be doubled. 55 MPH is not an issue during rush hours, but mid-day the freeway typically speeds up. Please take care and drive safely.
