Farewell Address From Tina Rounsavell

December 29, 2020

Message From Out-Going President Tina

Tina Rounsavell

The January meeting will be my last one as president of the San Diego North Coast Knitters Guild. The last two years have been an exciting time in the history of the Guild.

When the current board took office at the January 2019 meeting, we were still getting used to our new meeting place at Temple Solel. A little more than a year later, we had to stop meeting in person. Then last summer we began to meet via Zoom. Through it all we kept knitting and found new ways to stay in touch.

I am so grateful to the members of the 2019-2020 board. They have been terrific at keeping the Guild running through thick and thin. It’s been a privilege to work with such a great group of women. Many of them have volunteered to stay on the board for another two years. I know the new board will accomplish wonderful things. I hope each of you will consider joining them to help with the Guild’s projects. Getting involved is a great way to make friends and feel at home in the Guild.

Knit on!

Tina Rounsavell
