Here’s your chance to borrow a book from the Guild’s Library!
Since the next few meetings will be in-person, here’s your opportunity to borrow Guild library books! The Guild’s Library has a wide range of knitting books available. The Guild’s library collection can be found on Ravelry. Browsing the Guild’s library on Ravelry enables you to look inside most books to view the Table of Contents, lists of patterns, and selected pages. You must have your own Ravelry account to view the Guild Library.
Note: thanks to an assist from Mary Lovett, the Ravelry book list has been updated and now has all the latest library acquisitions, almost 200 additional books! Donna has also updated the profile instructions to make them more clear.You can find the Guild library on Ravelry here.
To check out a book, browse the Guild’s library on Ravelry, choose your selection, then email the Guild Librarian, Donna Mulcahy at Librarian AT SanDiegoKnitters DOT com who will bring your selection to the next Guild meeting where you can sign it out.
IMPORTANT: when requesting books, please send the specific title and author, as many books have similar titles.
