Stash Sale News Update
Thanks to members who have already donated yarn and other supplies to the stash sale. We are gearing up to present a fun event to members and pre-registered guests on June 7, 2022.
We still do not have a firm location for the stash sale. If you belong to an association which has a clubhouse or meeting hall which would be suitable for the sale, with around 20 tables piled with yarn, books, and accessories, please contact Barbara Wright at StashSaleATsandiegoknittersDOTcom or Tania Marshall PresidentATsandiegoknittersDOTcom, or check your directory for direct contact information.
We are still accepting donations of yarn for the sale, so please donate soon. Revised instructions for getting your donations to Barbara Wright: Previously established drop-off locations are still available at either the Spring Canyon Park (link to map below) on Thursday morning between 10-11:30, or Wednesday morning at the Fashion Valley parking lot near the trolley station (link to map below), but PLEASE contact Barbara in advance to assure someone will be available to accept your donation at those locations. But if you cannot travel to either location (Poway/Scripps Ranch or Fashion Valley) for whatever reason, please contact Barbara Wright to arrange for a pick-up close to you, anywhere in the county at a mutually agreed upon time and date. Unfortunately, this was not clear to members in the previous announcement.
