Philanthropy Note

April 1, 2020

PHILANTHROPY.

Ginny Newton

I sure wish I could see you all. Although our most recent meeting wasn’t even a month ago, it seems like forever. I hope everyone is staying well and finding ways to occupy yourselves.

To that end, I encourage you all to spend at least some of your time knitting for philanthropy. It doesn’t need to be for our groups, since many of you have philanthropies of your own preference. Maybe knowing you’re knitting for someone else will keep you going.

One final thing – if you find yourself in need of patterns or yarn for your philanthropy projects (acrylic, worsted or dk/sport weight), contact me at philanthropy@sandiegoknitters.com. I can make arrangements to drop yarn off at your door. No personal contact needed.

Hope to see you soon.
