In this class, you’ll learn how to hold yarn in each hand and begin to create Jennifer’s Tse’koh cowl design. Also, Jennifer will share her tips and tricks with you that include: How she finds Inspiration while designing, how she carefully chooses her colors, and how Jennifer creates her beautiful colorwork motifs. You will choose colors that contrast sharply and create a unique item that blends Jennifer’s Navajo culture with your own. Jennifer will guide you through the chart and help you add your own personal touches to the center of the Tse’koh cowl.

Homework
Cast On
- With Main Color and US #7 needles, loosely cast on 120 stitches.
- Place marker for beginning of round and join to work in the round, being careful not to twist stitches.
Ribbing
- First Round: *K1, P1; repeat from * to end.
- Repeat this round until ribbing remeasures 1.25″.
