This workshop is an introduction to reversible zigzag and chevron patterns. These patterns are lively and striking, and can be worked in solids or stripes. We will cover both knit–purl patterns and increase–decrease patterns.

- A basic knitting kit (scissors, crochet hook, removable markers, tape measure, etc.) AND
- Two balls of plain yarn in a solid color and appropriate needles. Typically, for fingering yarn use needle size US#2.5 (3 mm), for sport yarn use needle size US#4 (3.5 mm), for DK yarn use needle size US#6 (4 mm), and for worsted yarn use US#8 (5 mm).
