Suzanne’s New Shawl Shape Workshop
Class Description: Suzanne has invented a new shawl shape! It uses simple short rows and a unique I-cord edge to create an alluring shape. Plus, it has a built-in loop to keep it in place while wearing. This workshop will cover all techniques used for this type of design plus give you the tools to design your own!
Students will receive their choice of “Ammonite”, “Celtic Cuddle”, “Moody Shawl”, “Onward Shawl”, “Sweet Treat”, “Shield Maiden Shawl”, “Sandiago”, and “Serenity Scape Shawl” patterns.
Meeting Format: Lecture and hands-on learning
Level of Experience: Students should have basic knowledge of knitting and purling with a desire to learn!
Materials and Supplies to Bring to Class:
• Circular needle size US 7 (or size to go with desired yarns
• Fingering weight yarn (or desired yarn for one of the patterns mentioned above).
Homework: None
Class Size: Maximum of 15
Cost: $30 for members ($65 for non-members which includes Guild Membership)

The confirmation email will include where to mail your check #.
Or register in person at the April Guild meeting. Credit card payments are in-person only via a Square swipe (a small service fee will be added.)
# Reminder: Checks are to be made payable to San Diego North Coast Knitters Guild (payee name must be written out in full.) Please write name and date of the workshop on your check.
Cancellation Policy: Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel your workshop registration. Refund of the workshop fee requires a cancellation notification at least 48 hours in advance of the workshop. Fees cannot be refunded for cancellations with less than 48 hours advance notice.
