Mosaic Workshop

Class Description: Come learn this simple form of color work! You can make colorful eye-catching pieces while only working with one color at a time. You will learn the ins and outs of mosaic knitting plus get a chance to practice advanced mosaic techniques. Students will get their choice of “Moody”, “Sentimental Journey”, “Bubble Wrap” and “Shield Maiden Cowl” patterns.

Meeting Format: Lecture and hands-on learning

Level of Experience: Students should have basic knowledge of knitting and purling with a desire to learn!

Material and Supplies to Bring to Class:

• Circular needle 24” or longer size US 8 (or size to go with desired yarns
• 2 contrasting color skeins of DK weight yarn.

Homework: None

Class Size: Maximum of 15

Cost: $30 for members ($65 for non-members which includes Guild Membership)

The confirmation email will include where to mail your check #.

# Reminder: Checks are to be made payable to San Diego North Coast Knitters Guild (payee name must be written out in full.) Please write name and date of the workshop on your check.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel your workshop registration. Refund of the workshop fee requires a cancellation notification at least 48 hours in advance of the workshop. Fees cannot be refunded for cancellations with less than 48 hours advance notice.
