Our 2017 membership year began February 1. Renew in person at any meeting or by mail. Membership Directories are available for pick-up at the general meeting.

Print the Form.
Fill in your name.
Add other information only if it changed from last year.
Bring completed Form and $25 payment to the January meeting. We accept payment by check payable to SDNCKG or the exact amount cash.
If you can’t make it to a meeting, mail your Membership Form and check to Membership Chair Nancy Nevin. Nancy’s address is on the Membership Form.
