Share A Knit Summer Splash

The First Annual Share A Knit Summer Splash is on August 11!

Swim or sit poolside and knit . . . we do need you to knit! We’ll be working on Soft Solutions, comfy knitted breast prosthetics for breast cancer survivors. Eileen Adler designed a new variation on Knitted Knockers that is comfortable for the wearer and easier to knit. Enjoy cool summer refreshments and some fun company. (If the weather is too hot, we will move inside to the AC.)

Materials to bring: a ball of DK cotton yarn like Skacel CoBaSi, Tahki Cotton Classic Light, or Cascade Ultra Pima, one set of double-pointed needles suited for the weight yarn you have (US 4, 5, or 6), a stitch marker and large eye yarn darning needle.
