Join us on August 1st and get an overview of knitCompanion. Sally Holt, the creator of knitCompanion, a software package that has revolutionized the way we use and follow patterns, will walk you through the knitCompanion app, starting with the basics and taking you through many of the most popular features of the app. This presentation is an introduction to knitCompanion, a requisite for taking Sally’s workshop Intermediate knitCompanion Workshop on August 2nd.
— Making a Project and using basic features such as the sliding markers, counters, and more.
— Exploring additional tools such as customizing markers, highlights, notes, timer, and Mystery-a-long support.
— Using Knitting Calculators, Quick Keys, and more.
This session will cover some aspects of knitCompanion that use a subscription, however it isn’t required that attendees have a subscription as this is a lecture and demonstration format.
This class is appropriate for all Apple and Android devices. It will be run using the most up to date version of knitCompanion available at the time of the session.
