MICHELE LEE BERNSTEIN VISITS THE GUILD IN PERSON
What inspires a designer? Is it a beautiful yarn? Or perhaps an enticing technique? It depends! Every designer is different, and the process can change from project to project, too. In July’s program, the PDXKnitterati Design Process: From Concept to Finished Object, Michele Lee Bernstein will describe her design process from beginning to end, including tips on blocking accessories.

Guild Business Meeting: After Michele’s presentation, there will be a brief Guild business meeting prior to Show and Share.
Show and Share: Bring your finished items and show them off to your knitting friends! A completed Show and Share form is required for each item you share (limited to three, please) to be dropped off at the table when you enter the conference room before the meeting. You may download, print, and complete the Show and Share form in advance to bring with you.
Note: Doors open at 12:00. The presentation will start promptly at 12:30, with the entire program ending at 2:30. The meeting will be held in the Encinitas Community Center, Room 142B – scroll to the bottom of this page for address and a map to the location.
