Kristine Vejar is the co-owner and founder of A Verb for Keeping Warm, a natural dyeing studio as well as yarn and fabric store in Oakland, California. She has written two books on the subject of natural dyeing: The Modern Natural Dyer and Journeys in Natural Dyeing. She adores nature and loves to cook, read, dye, craft, and hang out with her pups, Callie and Jasper. She also loves to introduce people to the art and science of natural dyeing.

Guild Business Meeting: After Kristine’s presentation, there will be a brief Guild business meeting prior to the A Verb for Keeping Warm Trunk Show.
Show and Share: Bring your finished items and show them off to your knitting friends! A completed Show and Share form is required for each item you share (limited to three, please) to be dropped off at the table when you enter the conference room before the meeting. You may download, print, and complete the Show and Share form in advance to bring with you.
