Jamie Lomax Visits the Guild In Person September 8, 2026

August 18, 2024

About JAMIE LOMAX

Jamie Lomax Headshot
Jamie Lomax

Jamie Lomax is the founder and designer behind Pacific Knit Co., an independent online shop and knitting pattern design studio focused on modular colorwork based in Seattle, WA.

Pacific Knit Co. colorwork designs focus on fun and whimsical micro motifs (i.e. Doodles) that allow the knitter to choose the motifs, the order, and the colors that best suit their style. By enabling all the possibilities, it really starts to feel like you’re “doodling with yarn” — which is actually where the term Doodle came from for these patterns!

After designing the first Doodle pattern in 2020, she’s now expanded the concept into over 35 themes and 11 base pattern shapes, with more patterns coming all the time. Following Jamie’s presentation to the Guild, you’ll have the opportunity to see her latest products in a Doodling Trunk Show.Lomax Doodle 1

When she’s not knitting (and designing) she spends time with her husband, two young kiddos, and her fluffy corgi, Freddie.
