Holiday gift ideas — Our October 28 meeting is your last chance to borrow Guild Library books for great holiday gift ideas! Browse the Guild’s Library collection on Ravelry, email Librarian@SanDiegoKnitters.com with your requests, then just pick them up at the meeting. See the Guild Library page for complete instructions.
Urgent request for winter accessories — If you have any simple scarves, winter hats, or gloves/mittens for adults (any fiber welcome but warm items appreciated), please donate at our October 28 meeting. The request comes from Fill-a-Belly, a non-profit serving underhoused folks in Encinitas and Carlsbad. Thanks to volunteers, they will provide a Thanksgiving-themed meal service on November 18 and hope to also give out warm winter items to attendees. They would appreciate 60 hats, 60 scarves, and any number of gloves or mittens. Thank you for your continued generosity!
— Colleen Lukoff, Philanthropy
October 28 marks the final before-the-meeting clinic and Show and Share of 2025. Both events return on February 3, 2026.
