Joji Locatelli – The Story of a Knitter
It is difficult to summarize how wonderfully uplifting Joji Locatelli’s presentation was.
Coming to us virtually from her home in Argentina, Joji did not teach a technical lesson, but really gave voice to many of our feelings about why we love our craft.
Joji outlined her knitting journey from a childhood watching her mother create custom garments without a pattern to her current role as a professional knitter, designer, and business owner with a detour as a practicing medical doctor.
Her joy in being able to provide for her family in a profession that is her passion rather than an obligation was palpable.
