Holiday Luncheon Cancellations: Please call Carol Myers, Treasurer, if you have to cancel your lunch reservation – there is a Wait List for seating.
December 2, 2024: La Valle Coastal Club
5690 Cancha de Golf, Rancho Santa Fe, CA
This year, Registration will open at 10:00 a.m. Allow time for parking (La Valle Coastal Club invites us to park in all lots, including those marked Members Only.)
Before 10:00 a.m. You’ll want time to buy Opportunity Drawing tickets. Ticket sellers will be outside at 9:45 a.m. Opportunity Drawing ticket sellers will also be available in the Opportunity Drawing Room.
Please note: the Luncheon Room will not be available until 10:30 a.m. Please respect this time so the staff can prepare the room.
Registration
Check-in at Registration for open seating only. Table Captains, please pick up your packets at the Reserved Tables Check-in. If you are sitting at a reserved table, simply find your Table Captain. If you are sitting at a reserved table, you DO NOT need to stand in line for Registration, but may proceed to the tables for Membership, Workshops, and Philanthropy.
Fashion Show Entrants
If you are participating in the Fashion Show, please check in at the Fashion Show Dressing Room and drop off your item.
2025 Guild Membership Dues
You will be able to sign up for your 2025 Guild Membership Dues or pay online here. You must pay your 2025 Membership Dues before signing up for 2025 Workshops.
2025 Programs and Early Workshop Registration
Check out the 2025 Programs display and sign up for February and March 2025 workshops.
Philanthropy
Drop off your Philanthropy items at the assigned location.
Opportunity Drawing Room
Once you register, follow the signs to the Opportunity Drawing Room. We have amazing Baskets this year! Place your Opportunity Drawing tickets inside the appropriate numbered box. Good Luck!
