The Holiday Luncheon Is Upon Us!

December 1, 2022

2022 Holiday Luncheon

We’re looking forward to a great event on Monday, Dec. 5! Morgan Run invites us to park in all lots (even if posted Members Only). Seating and Fashion Show registration are closed at this time. We hope to see you there!

What to Expect When You Arrive

Please use all available parking areas, even those marked Members Only.

After you park, enter the main doors (there may be a line to get in) and find a series of tables.

* Drop-off point for Philanthropy items

* Sign-up opportunity for January workshops

* If you have an Open Seating Reservation, pick up your meal ticket, event program, and Fashion Show roster from the Registration table.

* If you are seated at a Reserved Table, find your table captain who will have your meal ticket and program. Your captain has a list of what meal you selected, in case you’ve forgotten.

If you registered for the Fashion Show, drop off your item in the dressing room (Moonlight Room). Volunteers will help you find your numbered table space.

The first page of the program contains your door prize ticket — leave it stapled to the program, but tear off the “TICKET” half and deposit it in the box near the Registration table. The program cover shows what will happen throughout the event. Inner pages describe the Opportunity Drawing gift collections and acknowledge our volunteers and vendor sponsors.

While in the lobby, roaming ticket sellers offer you the chance to purchase tickets for the Opportunity Drawing. Look for signs to the Opportunity Drawing room where you can view all the collections and place tickets in the boxes for your favorites.

When the luncheon room doors open, select your Open seating (there are plenty of available tables) or find the Reserved table marked with your captain’s name. Have a seat and get ready for a wonderful afternoon of fun, fashion, and friendship!
