October 2022 Philanthropy

Philanthropy Comfort Scarves With Tags

Happy Fall! I will be at the Solana Beach Library lower parking lot on Wednesday October 5, 2022 from 11:00 to noon, details here. Please bring knitted items for me to donate to various organizations: hats of all sizes (mostly child, teen and adult), scarves, and lap blankets. I will again have yarn for distribution and patterns. Please attach only a SDNCKG Guild hang tag (you can write care and/or fiber information on it) available on the drop down menu under Philanthropy, or click here to directly download.

Individual members and local groups: please keep an estimated record of what you donate in 2022 and the receiving organization. I will send out a request to our SDNCKG members with the December newsletter so that information can be included in an accounting of this important mission at the end of the year.

If you have items for donation and need them picked up, please contact me. I can be reached at PhilanthropyATsandiegoknittersDOTcom or via my contact information in the Guild directory.

Thank you.
