San Marcos Historical Society

Happy Summer! Debbie Vacek will be at the Guild’s Holiday event on Tuesday July 5, 12:30 to 2:30, at the San Marcos Historical Society, location details can be found here.

Please bring knitted items to donate. Various organizations need hats in all sizes for all ages, especially children. They also need lap blankets. Debbie will have yarn for distribution and patterns. Please add only a SDNCKG Guild hang tag, available on the website’s drop-down menu under Philanthropy, or click here.

Individual members – please keep an estimated record of what you donated in 2022 and the recipient organization for the Guild’s year-end report.

If you cannot make it to the event on July 5, please contact Debbie to arrange for pick up of items you have ready for donation. Debbie Vacek can be reached at PhilanthropyATSanDiegoKnittersDOTcom You can also find her direct contact information in your Guild directory.

Please send ideas and suggestions for projects and organizations in need.
