Can You Help Our Guild Find a Place to Meet?

December 14, 2015

The Guild Needs a New Meeting Place!

Due to renovations at our host facility, we can use your help identifying a venue for the Guild for the second part of 2016.

The meeting dates are: May 3, June 7, July 5, August 2, September 6, October 4, and November 1. We rent the room from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.  Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Meeting room with seating for 150 and space for 8 perimeter tables
  • Podium/lectern, microphone and screen for presentations
  • Air conditioning
  • Room or closet to store our library
  • Plenty of parking, including handicapped
  • No stairs to navigate (or else it must have an elevator)

If you are affiliated with an organization that has such a space, please contact them for us. Once you contact them, please provide us with the following:

  • Name of organization
  • Name of contact person
  • Contact number
  • Dates available
  • Room rental rate
  • Your relationship to the organization

Please send your ideas to Guild Vice President Karen des Jardins via e-mail at VicePresident@SanDiegoKnitters.com
