2025 HOLIDAY LUNCHEON: IT’S GETTING REAL!

Join us on Monday, December 1 at La Valle Coastal Club for our annual Holiday Luncheon, Opportunity Drawing, and Fashion Show (click link for map and directions).
Individual luncheon reservations and Fashion Show registrations can be submitted online or by mail. Submit Group and Table reservations by mail only.
Schedule of Events
Doors open at 10:30 a.m. for Registration and Opportunity Drawing (table assignments will be printed on your program)
Lunch begins at 11:45 a.m.
Opportunity Drawing room closes at 12:00 p.m.
LUNCHEON RESERVATIONS
All seats are $50 per person.
All reservations will be assigned to a table. Your table assignment will be printed on your program.

- Reserved Tables:
- Groups of 10–12 are considered a Reserved Table and must register and pay in full by October 15.
- After October 15, groups of 10–12 will be accepted “space available” (no guarantee).
- The extra seat(s) at a Reserved Table of 10–11 may be filled with Individual attendees.
- Small Group Seating Requests:
- Groups of fewer than 10 may complete one registration form and submit one payment.
- Small Groups will be seated together if space is available. Early registration is key!
- Small Groups must register and pay in full by November 14.
- Individual Seating Requests:
- Individuals who complete a single registration may request to be seated with friend(s).
- If using the printed form, write in your friends’ names where provided.
- If registering online, please email your Seating Request to Carol Myers after paying for your own seat.
- ALL individuals who request to sit with others must register and pay before being assigned a table. One registration cannot reserve more than one seat.
- Although we’ll do our best to fulfill Individual Seating Requests, there are no guarantees (again, early registration gives you better odds).
- Register and pay by November 14. Click “BUY NOW” to register and pay online. Please include your email address in the Billing information section.
- Individuals who complete a single registration may request to be seated with friend(s).
Fashion Show
- Register by November 14.
- Maximum of two entries per member.
- All items submitted for the Fashion Show may not have been previously shown in person (online Show & Share is OK).
- Fashion Show entries will be capped at a total of 30 items.
Opportunity Drawing
- Opportunity Drawing Room: Deposit tickets for baskets from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon on December 1.
- Preview Baskets: Photos and descriptions of the prizes will be posted on the Guild website before the October 28 (“November”) Guild Meeting to help speed up your selection process.
- Free Ticket: Each member receives one free Opportunity Drawing ticket:
- Attending the Luncheon: a ticket will be included with your event program.
- Not Attending: Email Tania Marshall (Secretary@SanDiegoKnitters.com) after the October 28 (“November”) Guild Meeting with your name and the number of the basket where you’d like your free ticket entered.
- Ticket Pricing: Additional tickets are available for a small donation.
- 1 strip (5 tickets) = $5
- 4 strips (20 tickets) = $20
- Ticket Sales: Available at the October 28 (“November”) Guild Meeting and at the Luncheon.
- If you’re not attending the Luncheon, you are welcome to purchase tickets in advance for a friend to deposit in their desired baskets.
- At the October 28 (“November”) meeting: Purchase with cash, check, or debit/credit card (small card service fee applies).
- At the event: Purchase with cash, check, or debit/credit card (small card service fee applies).
- Tip: Please print or stamp your name on the “TICKET” stub. This will help streamline activities so everyone can enjoy the event and leave on time.
- Check out and support our current and past Holiday Luncheon Sponsors — the list continues to grow. Let them know you appreciate their generous donations to the San Diego North Coast Knitters Guild.
- Deadline for member donations to the Opportunity Drawing is October 1.

OTHER GIFTS AND PRIZES
Once again, everyone attending will receive a beautiful skein of Expression Fiber Arts yarn! This amazing donation from a multi-year sponsor should put a smile on every face.
Guild member Patti Fedler has once again created a unique set of project bags to adorn each luncheon table. These bags will be filled with goodies.
We’ll also have several door prizes, so all you need to do for a chance to win is sign up and enjoy lunch with your friends.
