PHILANTHROPY UPDATE FOR mARCH
You have started the year off right with some lovely items for Philanthropy! They are already being enjoyed by our neighbors in need, who are grateful for your generosity.
My annual report is posted on the website — with some fantastic totals. Several of our members have reported their involvement with other groups creating items with yarn, so their work in 2026 will be reported next year. We encourage those who are able to engage with their local creative groups, who welcome others. Should they be in need of yarn, arrangements can be made to include them in fiber left at the end of the Stash Sale which is provided for philanthropic purposes.
Feel free to stop by the Philanthropy table and see what we are up to — and perhaps get inspired or take a pattern. It is fun to see what others have contributed.
Remember — all fibers are welcome. We are just looking for items that are clean and serviceable. Care instructions are provided with each item. It helps if you let me know so I can properly label your gift.
